RecoAI.in offers a Free Website Analysis that anyone can use without creating an account or providing payment details.

  • No signup required
  • No credit card required
  • Generates an AI Visibility Report using publicly available website content
  • This is not a free subscription or trial

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans unlock continuous AI visibility monitoring and platform features. This includes:

  • Daily AI visibility tracking
  • Prompt management
  • Competitor intelligence
  • AI Visibility Score
  • Schema generation
  • Historical visibility reports

Billing begins only after the customer purchases a paid plan. We never charge users automatically before purchase.

3. Refund Policy

All paid purchases are final.

Refunds are not provided once:

  • A paid subscription has been activated
  • AI visibility tracking has been executed
  • Prompts have been processed across AI engines
  • Schema generation or premium features have been used
  • A subscription renewal has been completed

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals
  • Access continues until the current billing period ends
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued

5. Agency & Enterprise Plans

Agency and Enterprise customers may require custom pricing, onboarding, integrations, or additional reporting.

Instead of purchasing directly, they can submit a Request Demo / Enterprise Inquiry form. Custom plans are handled individually and governed by separate commercial agreements.

6. Billing Support

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact:

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact our support team.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension while the payment dispute is reviewed.

This policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated effective date.

Every AI visibility check sends requests to AI providers such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, which incur real-time usage costs. The Free Website Analysis is provided without payment, while ongoing monitoring and premium features are available through paid subscriptions, ensuring transparent and intentional billing.
